Qualifications

• Proven experience in an accounts assistant role or comparable finance position.
• Knowledge of financial reconciliation procedures.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily banking reconciliation and postings accurately.
• Manage vehicle debtor controls and oversee sales commissions reconciliations.
• Process manufacturer invoice controls and postings.
• Perform general ledger and nominal reconciliations.
• Assist the accounts team with additional administrative tasks as required.
