A prestigious hospitality estate in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accounts Assistant for a fixed-term maternity cover. This full-time role entails assisting with accounts for the hotel and estate, processing revenue and invoices. No prior accounts experience is required, but a cheerful personality and good computer skills are essential. Accounts Assistant – Maternity Cover Fixed Term start Feb 26- Feb 27
Full Time - 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (Monday - Friday)
Salary of £25,397 plus Tronc, approx £1500+ per annum

A rare opportunity has arisen for the position of Accounts Assistant on the Swinton Estate. You will be responsible for assisting with the Hotel, Bivouac and Estate accounts; namely all major processing and reconciliation of revenue, invoices and cash to Sage 50 Accounts. No accounts experience necessary, you just need to be the right person and like tea and cake!
Swinton Estate is situated in the Yorkshire Dales and is one of the largest privately owned estates in England. Constantly developing we boast Swinton Park, a luxury traditional castle hotel with 42 bedrooms, three holiday cottages and award winning Samuel’s Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including the contemporary Terrace Restaurant; Swinton Bivouac a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and café, and last but by no means least the Swinton cookery school.
