  • Updating financial data in Great Plains.
  • Implementing accounting controls and procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Reconciling banking transactions.
  • Updating ledgers and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Reviewing accounts to ensure credit limits are adhered to.
  • Posting bills to the correct accounts.

Location: The Bath Priory, part of the Brownsword family of hotels, is located in Bath, just a short walk from the city centre, with a bus stop right outside. The hotel is a Georgian house with 33 bedrooms built in honey-coloured Bath stone, surrounded by four acres of award-winning gardens. We have won 5-star awards for over ten years and are seeking new personalities to join our team.

Service Charge: We pay our team a monthly service charge, which is pooled and 100% shared among all team members. This can be around £160/month (up to £2000/year) for full-time staff.
