Job summary

Dot Partners, a growing independent accountancy practice in Leeds, is seeking an experienced Senior or Assistant Manager to gain autonomy with a people-first culture.

The role involves managing a SME portfolio, mentoring juniors, and liaising with Partners, offering hybrid working and a clear path to Manager. A competitive salary and annual bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• ACA / ACCA qualified (or very close to qualifying)
• Solid background in UK accountancy practice
• Experience reviewing work and managing client relationships
• Confident communicator who enjoys developing others

As an Accounts Assistant manager you'll manage your own portfolio while supporting junior staff and reporting into an approachable Partner team.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied portfolio of SME clients
• Reviewing statutory accounts (FRS 102 / 102 1A)
• Corporation tax compliance
• Supervising and mentoring trainees and Seniors
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients
• Supporting Managers and Partners on advisory projects
