Sammons Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Finance and Accounts Assistant for a growing premium brand. Based in newly refurbished offices, you will support the Purchase Ledger and banking functions, working alongside an experienced Finance Manager in a friendly, professional team.

The role offers hybrid working, a Monday–Friday schedule (8.30 am to 5.00 pm) and pay up to £15.30 per hour. You will handle supplier invoices in SAP, assist with reconciliations, and contribute to cash flow forecasting

Formación

• Previous experience in Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable.
• Confident with figures and meeting deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day Purchase Ledger activities.
• Assist with banking and reconciliation tasks.
• Process supplier invoices in SAP and prepare payments.
• Load payment runs onto SAP and banking systems.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support cash flow forecasting across UK bank accounts.
• Maintain invoice and credit note records and assist month-end processes.
