Mondrian Alpha are partnering with a global private equity firm to hire an Accounts Assistant into their growing finance team. This position offers exposure to a fast-paced global business and the chance to work in a growing dynamic firm.

This role sits within a high-calibre finance team, working alongside the senior financial controller on the team to ensure an accurate and highly efficient accounts payable function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoice processing, payment operations, and vendor management. In addition to this, you will partner with the wider finance team, acting as a key point of contact for other areas of the business with related queries, and partner with the financial controller on the team on automation initiatives within the finance function. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility position, partnering closely with other areas across the business.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' accounts payable experience, ideally within the financial services sector. Proficiency in Excel, strong organisational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and great communication skills are essential for success in this role.
