Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is seeking a proactive Temporary Accounts Assistant for an office-based role near Huntingdon. You will support purchase and sales ledgers, process receipts, invoices and reconciliations, and help keep the finance team running to deadline.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts or finance administration, AAT Level 2 (or equivalent), strong Excel and MS Office skills, and excellent organisational and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts or finance administration is essential.
• AAT Level 2 (or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Purchase ledgers.
• Process customer receipts, BACS payments, invoices and reconciliations.
• Manage supplier payments and remittances.
• Assist with credit control and account queries.
• Process purchase invoices and payments.
• Liaise professionally with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
