  • Other ad‑hoc duties to support the team.

Responsibilities
  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Resolving discrepancies within internal teams
  • Processing UK and International bank payments
  • Posting supplier payments to the ERP system
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Managing company credit cards
  • Reconciling bank, AP and AR for month end accounts
  • Accruing late journals
  • Posting recurring journals
  • Other ad‑hoc duties to support the team
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential

  • Must be able to initially commute to the office everyday – hybrid working would be considered after training period
  • IT Literate

Interviews for this role will be taking place the middle of next week, with the successful candidate being asked to start work shortly after.
