We are seeking a motivated and detail-driven Accounts Assistant to join our supportive finance team on a fixed-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes pride in their work and wants to develop in a professional yet down-to-earth environment.

The role involves:
  • Maintain the purchase ledger, including posting invoices, credit notes, employee expenses and credit card transactions
  • Complete regular reconciliations and support month-end processes
  • Produce and update spreadsheets and reports as required
  • Assist with general finance administration and ad-hoc tasks
Key experience / Qualifications:
  • Experience working within an Accounts or Finance team
  • AAT/CIMA qualified or currently studying towards a qualification
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to take responsibility for own workload
  • Team player and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central desirable, experience of accounting software essential
We will offer the following package:
  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm. 12-month Fixed Term Contract
  • Salary: £27,500 - £30,000 dependant on skills, experience, and qualifications
