About the Role

We re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple business units, supporting core financial processes in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring accurate transaction processing, reconciliations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in line with company policies
  • Reconcile vendor and customer statements
  • Complete system-generated bank reconciliations
  • Enter and validate financial data and journal entries
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and reporting
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Respond to queries related to invoices, payments, and financial documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and service level agreements
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Shared Services finance team
What We re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
  • Numerically literate with solid Excel skills
  • Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping or accounts support
  • Experience in the automotive industry or with Keyloop DMS is a plus
  • Enthusiastic, curious and eager to learn
