Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator for a fixed-term 3-month contract. This role, based in Wilton, involves supporting financial administration, managing supplier invoice approvals, and providing financial data to the team. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical awareness, be organised, proactive, and possess good communication skills. A salary of £30,000 per annum (pro rata) is offered for this full-time position.

Qualifications

  • Confident communicator at all levels.
  • Competent with Excel and Microsoft/Google packages.
  • Property management accounting experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier invoice approvals and ensure correct cost allocation.
  • Check lease charges, issue statements, and reconcile occupier accounts.
  • Support service charge budgets, year-end reconciliations, and other occupier recharges.
  • Provide financial data to resolve queries and liaise with Client Accounts & Credit Control teams.

Accounts Administrator (Fixed-Term, 3 Months)
Location: Wilton, Redcar | Salary: £30,000 per annum (pro rata) | Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

Overview

NRL are seeking a detail-oriented Property Management Accounts Administrator to join our client’s team on a short-term contract. You will support the team with financial administration, reconciliations, and occupier billing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier invoice approvals and ensure correct cost allocation.
  • Check lease charges, issue statements, and reconcile occupier accounts.
  • Support service charge budgets, year-end reconciliations, and other occupier recharges.
  • Provide financial data to resolve queries and liaise with Client Accounts & Credit Control teams.
