Our mission is simple: to help everyone we support Live Life to the Full.

We live our values - Aspirational, Collaborative, Joyful, and Compassionate - in everything we do, from the classroom to the balance sheet.

About the Role

As part of our friendly Finance Team, you'll play a key role in keeping our charity's finances accurate, compliant, and running smoothly.

From processing invoices and reconciling accounts to supporting month-end reporting and liaising with departments across the organisation, you'll be part of a team that ensures every penny helps us deliver outstanding care and education.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your finance career within a supportive, purpose-driven environment where your work genuinely makes a difference.

What you'll do:

  • Great attention to detail and strong Excel skills.
  • A positive, team-focused attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Integrity, reliability, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Experience with accounting software or an AAT qualification (or working towards one) would be an advantage - however, what matters most is your commitment to accuracy and our values. We also offer the opportunity and full support to complete a fully funded AAT qualification as part of your professional development.
