Responsibilities

• Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
• Supporting the preparation of personal and corporate tax returns
• Preparing VAT returns and completing bookkeeping assignments
• Building positive relationships with clients and responding to day-to-day queries
• Working with cloud accounting software including Xero, QuickBooks and Sage
• Working closely with senior colleagues to deliver a high standard of client service

Candidate Requirements

• You’ll ideally be AAT qualified or studying towards a professional qualification, although candidates with strong practical experience will also be considered. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a positive attitude will all be important in this role.
