Job summary

Transaction Recruitment are supporting a market-leading business based in Redditch in their search for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is hybrid, so you will balance time between the Redditch office and working from home.

You will manage multi-currency bank reconciliations, assist with the month-end close and handle invoicing and supplier payments as part of a busy finance team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely multi-currency bank reconciliations
• Support the month-end close, including accruals, prepayments, expenses and fixed asset reconciliations
• Allocate incoming cash and raise sales invoices as needed
• Process supplier invoices, expense claims and payments
• Keep ledgers accurate and up to date
• Assist with credit control and respond to supplier queries professionally
• Help produce reports and take on ad-hoc finance projects and admin tasks as they arise
