Job summary

Retail Human Resources plc is seeking an accounts assistant on a temporary basis for about nine months to join a luxury retailer in Leeds. The role focuses on payment allocation, account reconciliation, and interaction with external stakeholders, with SAP and Excel as core tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in posting and reconciling supplier and customer invoices.
• Familiarity with general ledger processes and month-end close would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Allocate payments and process supplier invoices accurately.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare variance analyses for management.
• Liaise with external stakeholders including suppliers and financial services partners.
