If so, this role could be for you! We are looking to hire the 'Best of the Best and we have an opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance team of great people.

About The Role

Join a team responsible for the day to day upkeep of the accounts systems and production of accounting reports.

Main Responsibilities
  • Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel.
  • Set up new customer accounts on sales invoicing system.
  • Assist with processing purchase invoices, including matching against purchase orders and goods received notes, maintaining Goods Received Records, and posting purchase ledger invoices to Sage 200.
  • Assist with counting and reconciling daily sales cash receipts.
  • Produce supporting information for Weekly P&L report.
  • Maintain and update the Raw Material Purchase Tracker.
