The Role

This role provides a critical link between our accounting and customer service/operational teams. Playing a key part in creating and ensuring a seamless positive experience for our customers, you will ensure that relevant financial processes are followed.

Day to day, you will be responsible for all matters once a sales order has been completed. Liaising with other departments, taking & reconciling payments and transferring orders to our accounting system. You will raise invoices for services received and investigate disputes.

Excellent communication and organisation skills with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team is essential.

Benefits

The salary for this role is from £28,000 p.a. for a 37 hour week. Some flexibility regarding hours for the right candidate will also be considered.
