  • Hours: 38.5 per week (flexible start times from 7:00am onwards)

The role

The Accounts Assistant will play a key part in keeping the finance function running smoothly. Working within an industrial environment, duties will include:

  • Managing Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Posting and coding invoices
  • Maintaining the nominal ledger
  • Confidently using Excel and accounting systems
The ideal candidate

Confident user of Excel and finance systems. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Previous accounts administration experience is essential
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident user of Excel and finance systems
  • Ideally a driver, due to location not being easily accessible by public transport
