We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our client, a leading construction and interior fit‑out company in London. With a portfolio of high‑profile clients and a diverse range of projects, this is your chance to make a real impact in the industry.

Responsibilities
  • Entering, costing and paying supplier bills
  • Managing the database of all suppliers and subcontractors
  • Other ad‑hoc compliance exercises
  • Support the team in any other matters that arise
  • Processing orders and raising payments to subcontractors, ensuring CIS deductions and VAT are processed correctly
  • Preparing payment runs
Qualifications
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Training will be provided in our client’s bespoke accounting software, Evision & Webcontractor.
  • Ideally 1 year’s experience within a finance role or similar position.

Additional Information
