Working with us as an Accounts Assistant you'll have a fast paced, varied role within a supportive and friendly team. You will play a key role; supporting the Accounts Manager and working in collaborating with the rest of the Accounts team.

What does your day look like:
  • Processing weekly payments for 200+ Engineers and handling any queries
  • Liaising with customers, handling invoice queries and taking payments
  • Supervising all accounts payable invoices
  • Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies
  • Entering financial transactions into internal databases with a high level of accuracy
  • Quality controlling large sets of financial data for accuracy
  • Raising credit notes and processing weekly refunds
  • Monthly CIS submission to HRMC
About You

No qualifications are necessary to be considered for this role but previous experience within an accounts role and confident using Excel is essential, along with:

  • Demonstrable experience working to tight deadlines with monthly, weekly, and daily goals.
  • Demonstrable problem solving skills
  • A reliable, team player with a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience in an account's role is essential to be successful
  • Accuracy within high volume data entry
  • A can-do attitude, with the desire to work in and can thrive in a busy environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be target and goal-orientated
  • Minimum 2 years experience
