Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers.
  • Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations, assisting with cash management.
  • Provide administrative and financial support, including data entry and filing.
  • Raise, receive, and monitor purchase orders.
  • Support accounts payable processes, managing expenses and supplier queries.
  • Complete and maintain project-related expense records on internal systems.
  • Perform supplier reconciliations to identify missing invoices or payments.
  • Set up new vendor accounts and ensure accurate information.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance projects and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
You will have
  • AAT qualification (or currently studying), OR equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
