About the Role

The Accounts Assistant is part of a team of eight, reporting to the Finance Manager and supports the London-based accounting team headed by the Financial Controller. The role works closely with the three Senior Accounts Assistants on the team and supports both our London and Jersey offices. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Production and checking of client invoices
  • Posting various client related search fees
  • Checking and coding accounts payable invoices
  • Intercompany recharge invoices - both payable and receivable – to include balance agreements and settlements
  • Assembling receipts, narratives and coding for corporate credit card statements
  • Reporting of timekeeper statistics through weekly and monthly reports
  • Various ad-hoc accounting tasks to assist the lawyers, Finance Manager and Financial Controller
