Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Processing and authorising purchase invoices, credit notes, and payments.
  • Placing purchase orders and maintaining supplier records.
  • Keeping daily bank records up to date and completing monthly reconciliations.
  • Reconciling supplier statements and direct debit requests.
  • Recording, reconciling, and paying staff expenses.
  • Managing and balancing petty cash.
  • Supporting credit control through emails and calls with customers and suppliers.
