Link Cable Assemblies Ltd is seeking a Finance Assistant to manage sales and purchase invoices, bank reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. This permanent, full-time role involves working closely with the Finance Manager.

Candidates should have proven experience in a bookkeeping role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

We offer excellent working conditions within a growing team in Bellshill, Scotland.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts and credit card statements.
• Maintain the nominal ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and on time.
• Work closely with the Finance Manager to support month end and year end processes.

Conhecimentos

Proven experience in a bookkeeping or finance assistant role

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales and purchase invoices, receipts and payments.

Permanent, on-site working, 37 hours per week full time. Salary negotiable on experience.
