Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day financial processing, including invoicing, purchase ledger, payroll, pensions, expenses, bank reconciliations, and posting journals within Xero.
  • Supporting month-end close and associated reporting activities.
  • Processing new starter forms for payroll and HMRC purposes.
  • Reconciling bank accounts, accruals, prepayments, and accrued income on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensuring payroll data is accurate and submitted on time to the payroll provider.
