A leading staffing agency is seeking an Accounts Administrator in Milton Keynes. You will manage real estate activities, ensuring lease renewals run smoothly and supporting finance with rent queries. The role offers a pay rate of £15.00 - £18.00 per hour based on experience.

Pay Rate : £15.00 - £18.00 per hour DOE.
Shift Times : Monday to Friday 09 : 00 - 17 : 00 / 08 : 00 16 : 00 - Candidate Preference
Shift Pattern : Temp to perm for the suitable candidate
Reporting to the Head of Property, we are looking for a Real Estate Coordinator who will help manage the company's properties by tracking and making sure all lease renewals run smoothly. Working with various teams across the business you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficiency across all real estate activities.
Our client is looking for someone who can think on their feet, who will upscale issues wherever needed and someone who is fully confident in raising any knowledge gaps to ensure you receive the correct training for you to do the best possible job. The ideal candidate would be someone who experienced in using Excel, who can work with numbers and calculations and ideally someone who has some experience in properties / estate agents etc. On the job training will be given wherever necessary.
