Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Location: Kensington - Hybrid 2 days WFH (Flexible for right candidate)
Salary: Up to £35,000
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

The Role:

My client is looking for a proactive Accounts Administrator to join their property management team in Kensington. This is a hands‑on role where you will manage the accounts function from start to finish, including rent collection, landlord payments, contractor invoices, compliance, and deposit registration. You'll be the main point of contact for accounts, supported by an administrator beneath you, while senior oversight will remain for urgent or complex matters.

This opportunity suits someone who enjoys autonomy and variety, with the chance to oversee processes end‑to‑end while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Processing daily payments to landlords, tenants, and contractors using ALTO

  • Sending rental income statements to landlords.

  • Paying contractors and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

  • Registering tenant security deposits and managing compliance.

  • Booking check-ins and check-outs.

  • Carrying out Right to Rent checks and supporting AML compliance.

  • Inputting new deals, raising rent demands, and allocating tenant receipts.

  • Investigating discrepancies and flagging issues to senior oversight.

  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors, and colleagues to resolve queries.

  • Working closely with the admin team, with one administrator reporting into you.

  • Using Alto (front end) and Alto (accounts) systems.
