Job summary

Chapel Properties Ltd seeks an Accounts Administrator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. This office-based role in Woodbridge balances high-volume data entry with core accounting duties, with hours Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

You will work independently, manage ledgers with our accounting software, and support financial reporting as needed. The role offers a competitive salary, bonuses, a company pension, and free on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Qualified by experience or actively pursuing AAT qualifications.
• Experience with standard accounting software across ledgers.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage workload.

Responsibilities

• Managing high-volume data entry and accurate financial analysis.
• Operating confidently across ledgers (Sales, Purchase, and Nominal) within our accounting system.
• Assisting with broader accounting tasks and financial reporting as required.
• Working independently to resolve queries and streamline processes using initiative.
