The role involves processing invoices, data entry, and reconciliations in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities

  • Monitor the accounts inbox and maintain accurate records.
  • Process purchase invoices including 3-way match to PO and GRN.
  • Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations and resolve queries.
  • Raise sales invoices and post receipts; assist with credit control admin.
  • Post bank transactions and support weekly/month-end payment runs.
  • Maintain supplier/customer master data and general admin support.

About you
