Job summary

PwC's Accounting Services (AS) team is looking for a qualified ACA/ACCA Manager with broad accounting experience from practice to join the team in Leeds. The role involves delivering outsourced accounting services, including SFS preparation, secondment resources, and bookkeeping, while advising on statutory accounting compliance and SFS improvements.

You'll work in a professional, client‑facing environment with the opportunity to develop skills across UK GAAP/IFRS and cross‑border work.

Qualifications

• Must possess ACA/ACCA qualification (or international equivalent).
• Strong accounting skills and knowledge of financial reporting matters.
• Very good working knowledge of UK GAAP / IFRS and some awareness of US GAAP.
• IT literate with accounting packages and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced accounting services including preparation of statutory financial statements (SFS).
• Arrange secondment resources to meet client needs.
• Bookkeeping and preparation of periodic management accounts.
• Manage local SFS for cross-border clients.
• Provide advisory services on statutory accounting compliance and improvements to the SFS cycle.
