You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless accounting and sales operations as the business expands at record pace.

Compensation

Salary range: $60,000 – $80,000

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries

Assist the VP of Finance with revenue recognition and deferred revenue tracking

Support order processing, invoicing, and collections using CRM tools

Collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline quote-to-cash processes

Participate in the transition from QuickBooks to a new ERP system (e.g., NetSuite)

Generate and maintain detailed financial reports using advanced Excel skills

Provide cross-functional administrative support to both accounting and sales operations

What You’ll Need to Be Considered

Experience with CRM tools for order management and invoicing (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc)

Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and full-charge bookkeeping

Strong Excel proficiency, with the ability to analyze and report on data

Adaptability and enthusiasm for wearing multiple hats in a fast-growing company

Professional communication skills for internal collaboration and client interaction
