Job summary

Santander is seeking an Accounting Manager for Milton Keynes on a 12-month fixed-term contract. CFO is looking for a Accounting Manager based out of Milton Keynes.

This role is on a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As an accounting manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability and integrity of our numbers. By reporting financial information in a timely manner, you will help the organisation meet its key deadlines.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Accounting Manager to support our Senior Manager to ensure the timely and accurate completion of Retail IRB RWA calculations for both local and group stakeholders. You will work closely with the change team to implement any regulatory, risk or capital change initiatives and will provide support and guidance to 1 direct report.

To be successful in this role, you'll require high level of numeracy and accuracy skills. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the Retail IRB calculations and will be the capital subject matter expert on the 6 models that sit within the area.

• Experience of presenting at committees and forums (Preferred)

Salary Range:

£53,500.00 - £80,250.00 per annum (depending on experience)

This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
