Job summary

慨正橡扯 is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee the month-end close process and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting in Harlow. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with proven experience in managing month-end processes, ideally in a corporate finance environment.

This role also encompasses supervising accounting staff, leading financial controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Applicants must meet SC clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a month-end close process within a central or corporate finance environment.
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of financial controls.
• This role requires SC clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end month-end close process across the business.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial submissions.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing coaching and feedback.

Skills

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Excellent analytical skills

Experience of working within an SAP environment
