Lead accounting processes for multiple facilities, ensuring accurate and timely financials
Oversee billing, invoicing, and collections in line with GAAP and contractual terms
Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Prepare financial statements and documentation for audits
Provide oversight of travel expenses and general ledger coding
Partner with leadership to identify efficiencies and support business growth
