Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group offers an Accounting and Business Insights Industrial Placement in the UK. You will be in the thick of it, turning numbers into insights that guide resource allocation, risk management and value creation for customers and shareholders.

Over 12 months, you’ll gain a panoramic view of how the bank ticks, with a panoramic view across reporting, analytics and process improvements, and you’ll experience a hybrid working policy with office days required.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year at university with enough technical skills aligned to the role.
• Ability to demonstrate sound knowledge and techniques used in finance analytics.
• We do not sponsor visas.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting cycles and help produce financial results.
• Analyse data to explain performance drivers and improvement areas.
• Build reports and visualisations to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes, increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Turn complex numbers into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with the business to understand performance and influence future decisions.
