First Intuition East and North Limited will guide the apprenticeship, offering a structured AAT Level 3 programme with both classroom and online training to achieve a recognised qualification and career progression within the accounts team.

Qualifications

• Processing purchase and sales invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Recording financial transactions on accounting systems.
• Assisting with bank reconciliations and allocating payments.

• Processing employee expenses and maintaining supporting documentation.
• Filing and organising financial documentation.
• Responding to finance-related queries from customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Ensuring records are accurate and kept up to date.
• Supporting the wider finance team with general administrative duties.
• Maintaining confidentiality of financial and business information; completing apprenticeship training and coursework.
