Job description

Purpose of the role is to…

  • Assistance in preparation of inventory adjustment documents and annual stock counts, ensuring correct process is followed.
  • Assistance in processing daily banking and cashflow reporting.
  • Month end close, including Balance Sheet reconciliations, journal postings and consolidating approval pack
  • Fixed asset maintenance including capitalisation, disposals and verification.
  • Accounts Receivable processes; raising on sales orders, chasing of overdue debt and analysis
  • Preparation of monthly KPI reports and Dashboards for the wider Finance team.
  • Assisting the Company Accountant with preparation of data for External Audit and Ad Hoc analysis.
