They are seeking qualified professionals (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in the following areas:

• Accounting in practice or industry
• Team leadership and management, including coaching and leading delivery teams, and reporting to clients or senior stakeholders
• Operational finance, including knowledge of finance processes and controls (e.g., O2C, P2P, R2R)
• Financial management, including budgeting and analysis
• Management accounting and financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills, commercial aptitude, and a professionally skeptical mindset (ability to identify issues, understand complex problems, and draw sound conclusions)
• Documenting/testing financial processes and experience with various ERP systems/accounting packages

What you will do

As a Manager, you will ensure high-quality delivery to clients by overseeing the following areas:

• Operational finance management, including reviewing O2C, P2P, R2R, and general ledger accounting
• Management accounting and reporting (actuals, budgets, and rolling forecasts)
• Involvement in period/year-end close processes
• Managing and coaching your team
• Collaborating with clients as the key delivery contact
• Managing client portfolios, including resourcing, budgeting, fees, and billing
• Onboarding new clients as the solutions and services expand
