Job summary

Pickard And Co Accountants Limited in Sale, Greater Manchester, seeks qualified ACCA or ACA accountants for full-time or part-time roles, office-based. You will prepare accounts for incorporated and unincorporated entities, personal and corporate tax computations, VAT returns, payrolls and CIS, and supervise bookkeeping while mentoring junior staff.

Applicants should have at least 3 years' UK practice experience, clear English communication, and a reliable, accurate, and honest work approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare incorporated and unincorporated accounts.
• Prepare personal tax computations and returns.

• Prepare VAT returns.
• Supervise monthly payrolls and CIS returns.
• Supervise bookkeeping and preparation of books of prime record.
• Mentor junior staff with technical guidance.
• Monitor client deadlines, junior workloads, and billing.

Job description

Pickard And Co Accountants Limited are looking for qualified ACCA accountants to be based at our office in Sale, Greater Manchester (GB). Full time and part-time roles are available, which are 100% office based.

Your duties will include assisting our team with:

• Preparation of Incorporated and Unincorporated accounts
• Preparation of Personal tax computations and returns
• Preparation of Corporation tax computations and returns
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Supervision of monthly payrolls and CIS returns
• Supervision of bookkeeping and preparation of books of prime record
• Assisting with the training and development of junior staff members through mentoring and providing technical guidance
• Assisting with monitoring of client deadlines, junior staff workloads and customer billing

You will be provided with:

• Salary of £42,000 to £55,000 per annum FTE based on experience
