A leading HR consultancy in Richmond is seeking an experienced part-time Accountant to manage financial operations for a prestigious residential estate. You'll be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing management accounts, and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates will be part-qualified or fully qualified accountants (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), with experience in small businesses and strong skills in SAGE and Excel. Courtlands is a prestigious, privately owned residential estate in Richmond, Surrey. Set across 11 acres of landscaped grounds, it includes 11 buildings of apartments, as well as a portfolio of rental properties. The estate is managed by a dedicated on-site team and overseen by a Board of Directors appointed by leaseholders.
We are now seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the estate’s financial operations and provide high-quality management reporting. This is a part-time, on-site role (3–4 days per week) within a small, friendly and professional office environment.
Reporting to the Company Secretary, the Accountant will play a key role in maintaining robust financial records and effective financial controls across the estate.
Responsibilities include:
You will attend Finance Committee meetings (approximately four times per year) and play an integral role in ensuring the estate’s finances are well-managed, transparent and compliant.
We are looking for a part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience in management accounting and bookkeeping. You will combine strong technical accounting skills with a methodical approach and a keen eye for detail.
