Accountant
About Radiant

Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software.

As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build.

Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally.

About the Role

We're seeking an Accountant to join our Finance team and become the backbone of our financial operations. Working day-to-day with the Senior Accountant and Manager – Group Reporting, you'll be responsible for keeping cash flowing, invoices accurate, records clean, and month-end close predictable. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure company where your accuracy and initiative directly enable faster decision-making and smoother operations.

You'll have broad exposure to financial operations across Radiant's global platform — from day-to-day banking and AR/AP to supporting the setup of new entities as we expand. If you're someone who takes pride in getting numbers right, enjoys solving problems, and wants to grow as the business scales, this role offers real visibility and development opportunity.

What You'll Do
  • Own AR/AP and banking activities that keep cash flowing and vendor relationships strong, processing invoices, payments, and queries with speed and accuracy.

  • Support and gradually own month-end close processes toward becoming predictable and smooth, preparing journals, accruals, and management schedules that leadership can rely on.

  • Assist with and learn revenue billing to ensure invoices go out accurately and on time, supporting clean revenue recognition and customer relationships.

  • Prepare reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, intercompany) that give the business confidence in its numbers, identifying and resolving issues quickly.

  • Support new global entity setups as Radiant expands into new jurisdictions, working with the Senior Accountant and external advisors to ensure proper accounting foundations from day one.

  • Collaborate across finance and operations to understand the business behind the transactions, learning how deals, contracts, and operations flow through the numbers.

  • Assist with year-end financial statement preparation and audit support, ensuring auditors have clean deliverables and the process runs smoothly.

  • Contribute ideas for process improvements and automation - spotting inefficiencies and suggesting ways to work smarter as we scale.

What You'll Bring
  • Part-qualified or actively working towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

  • Experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment where you've worked hands-on with AR/AP, reconciliations, and month-end close.

  • Solid accounting systems knowledge, strong Excel skills and comfort picking up new tools quickly.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, you catch errors before they become problems and take pride in clean, reconciled numbers

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, you can investigate discrepancies and resolve them with support from the Senior Accountant.

  • Clear communication and collaborative approach, you work well with the Senior Accountant, colleagues across finance, and stakeholders in operations

  • Strong organisation and time management, you can juggle multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-moving environment

  • Intellectual curiosity about the business, you want to understand not just how to process a transaction, but why it matters and how it impacts the company

  • Proactive mindset, you don't just follow processes, you suggest better ways to do them

Nice to Have
  • Experience working with Xero or other modern accounting platforms and navigating system migrations

  • Exposure to fast-scaling or multi-entity businesses

  • Familiarity with energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries

What Success Looks Like

AR/AP runs smoothly, invoices are processed on time, and payments happen without friction or escalation.

Month-end close is predictable and efficient, the team trust your work, your schedules, and your ability to own pieces of the close.

Your reconciliations are thorough and timely, you catch issues early, resolve them fast, and the business has clean, accurate numbers it can rely on.

You contribute ideas that improve how we work, suggesting automations or process changes that make the team more efficient.

Why Join Radiant
  • Competitive compensation including company-wide share scheme, bonus, travel paid

  • Work on a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure business at the forefront of the industry

  • Get broad exposure to financial operations, AR/AP, close processes, entity setup, audit - developing well-rounded accounting skills

  • Be part of a team where you're genuinely valued and your work directly enables business decisions

  • Develop your career in a Brookfield-backed company with resources, mentorship, and genuine growth opportunities
