Job summary

JSS is recruiting a Group Accountant to join its Group Finance team. This part-qualified role offers exposure to group accounting, financial reporting and process improvement within a fast-paced environment.

You will support monthly closes, intercompany reconciliations and transfer pricing tasks while collaborating with senior stakeholders. The position suits a proactive, hands-on candidate with multi-currency experience and a view to develop within a growing private equity-backed business.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA.
• Experience supporting month-end processes.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders across the business.
• Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth business.
• Exposure to financial systems, reporting tools or planning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly close process for corporate entities in line with group reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and post intercompany transactions and perform intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with corporate cost allocations and variance analysis against budget.
• Ensure invoices are accurately coded, approved and processed in a timely manner.
• Support lender reporting, statutory audit requirements and wider group finance activities.
• Assist with transfer pricing calculations and tax-related matters.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across finance processes and controls.
