Zusammenfassung

The Focus Training Group is seeking an Accountancy Tutor to lead the delivery and development of our accountancy provision within the Business and Professional Curriculum team. You’ll deliver high-quality teaching, learner support, and help grow our accountancy offer by engaging with employers and developing provision.

You will work to support learners in achieving qualifications, monitor progress, and maintain standards in line with awarding bodies and safeguarding commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Strong occupational knowledge and experience within accountancy.
• The skills and knowledge required to deliver relevant accountancy programmes.
• Excellent communication and teaching skills.
• The ability to engage, motivate and develop learners.
• Confidence building relationships with employers and external stakeholders.
• Strong organisation and digital skills.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and developing provision.
• A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, quality and professional standards.
• Relevant accountancy and teaching/assessment qualifications, or a willingness to achieve them where required.
• AAT or other relevant professional membership/qualifications are desirable.
