• Qualified ACA / ACCA with experience in a similar role.
• Strong experience in an accountancy practice environment.
• Experience working with a range of clients for accounts, tax returns, and similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients for proactive accountancy and advisory services.
• Manage, mentor and supervise a team of accountants.
• Conduct year end accounts for a range of clients.
• Prepare Tax computations and review tax returns for a range of clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client portfolios.

• Salary: £45,000 to £47,000 based on experience and qualifications
• Location: Haywards Heath, office based full time
• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

We are working with a fast-growing full-service accountancy practice to recruit a Manager – General Practice for the office in Haywards Heath. The business provides accountancy, taxation, payroll, advisory and financial planning services to thousands of customers including businesses and individuals / sole traders.

Manager – General Practice

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients for proactive accountancy and advisory services
• Manage, mentor and supervise a team of accountants
• Conduct year end accounts for a range of clients
• Prepare Tax computations and review tax returns for a range of clients
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client portfolios, support in new business initiatives and act as primary contact for key client relationships
