Key Responsibilities

Leads.io is on the search for an Account Success Executive to complement our dynamic work environment. As an Account Success Executive at Leads.io, your main role will be to nurture and maintain strong relationships with our diverse client base across various industries. You will learn the Leads.io approach to Account Management and work closely with a portfolio of key client accounts whilst providing exceptional customer service to non-managed accounts. Your day will be varied, from optimizing client accounts to collaborating with various departments to foster mutual commercial growth.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Completing an in-depth internal training programme built and led by Leads.io’s senior leadership team
  • Prospecting new business opportunities across a range of industries and sectors
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound opportunities based on an established ICP
  • Booking and attending meetings with relevant decision makers alongside senior members of the sales team
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively managing existing client relationships
  • Driving account expansion and increasing the lifetime value of our existing client base by identifying growth opportunities specific to their business goals
  • Collaborating with internal departments to deliver on client expectations
  • Holding yourself and others accountable to our standards
  • Contributing to the overall team culture of trust and collaboration

Your Qualifications
  • Commercial Intelligence: Previous experience in client- or customer-facing roles; entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of running or contributing to business initiatives.
  • Professional Intelligence: Ability to present confidently in professional settings; experience with public speaking or delivering presentations to groups.
  • Drive: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to achieve outstanding results.
  • Coachable: Background in team-based activities (e.g., sports teams, student societies) demonstrating openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
