What You’ll Be Doing

• Own all customer-related administration, including portals and back-order management.
• Ensure orders, amendments, and reports are actioned within agreed SLAs, delivering exceptional service.
• Develop strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers, and internal departments.
• Take responsibility for escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
