A reputable recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Account Manager or Buyer in the East Midlands. You will manage relationships with key retail customers, lead meetings, and negotiate margins on ladieswear and girlswear. The ideal candidate has a solid background in working with retail accounts. The position offers one day working from home and may require future travel to the Far East.

A successful supplier to the UK High Street requires an experienced Account Manager or Buyer to join their expanding team, working on multi product ladieswear and girlswear.

• Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong working relationships with the Buyers
• Leading customer meetings, presenting and selling the ranges
• Negotiating costings with to achieve the best margins
• Working closely with the factories
• Attending sample shopping trips
• Identifying gaps in the market and business growth opportunities, following up leading and exceeding targets
