Basic annual salary £35,000 - £40,000 p.a.

Uncapped commission structure (OTE is around £46k, however £50‑60k is still achievable).

What you'll be doing:
  • Managing and developing a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to grow business and increase margin from your accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records and keeping accounts organised.
  • Supporting the team to achieve overall company sales targets.

  • Confidence in communicating with clients across different channels.

Additional information:
  • Location: Poole, Dorset (hybrid working with 2‑3 days p / wk from home).
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
