Our client, a promotional merchandise company, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team in Brixton. This is a great opportunity to use your account management skills to drive positive environmental change, helping businesses to lead with purpose.

Position Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be central to the company's mission. You will manage key client relationships, advising them on sustainable merchandise strategies that align with their ESG goals. You will oversee projects from the initial idea to final delivery, ensuring every product meets high ethical and environmental standards.

Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with purpose-led clients.
  • Advise clients on effective, ESG-compliant merchandise strategies.
  • Present innovative and eco-conscious product solutions.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from quote to delivery.
  • Oversee VIP client webstores with digital and logistics teams.
  • Source products from a global network of certified suppliers.
  • Support client pitches and collaborative marketing campaigns.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant account management role.
  • Knowledge of branding, print production, or merchandise supply chains.
  • A genuine passion for sustainability and responsible business.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • A confident presenter with a consultative approach.
