Job description

As an experienced Account Manager, you'll be a key player in shaping the success of a portfolio of brands on TikTok Shop, driving growth, engagement, and sales through creative and data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of TikTok's commerce ecosystem, a passion for creative marketing, and experience managing cross-functional teams to drive brand success in a social commerce environment.

Responsibilities
  • Brand Account Strategy Development: Create and execute tailored strategies for multiple brands, aligning with their overall business goals. Be the main point of contact with brand partners and take accountability for their overall performance on TikTok Shop. Create monthly and quarterly forecasts per brand, ensuring they are both achievable and measurable.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring regular and effective communication channels are available.
  • Paid Media: Manage all paid media budgets on behalf of the brand and Unsociable to drive both sales and brand awareness. Accountable for scaling ad campaigns profitability and analysing performance.
  • New Accounts Onboarding: Ensure an efficient and hassle-free onboarding process for any new brands, setting clear expectations and timelines.
  • Content Creation & Optimisation: Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop engaging, high-quality content (video, product listings, promotions, etc) tailored to the TikTok ecosystem and the brands' voice, ensuring a robust process for content sign-off from brands where applicable.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on TikTok Shop and livestream performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation to achieve higher conversion rates, engagement, and overall ROI. Understand and ultimately influence the key metrics that drive growth within the TikTok ecosystem. Produce detailed, monthly performance reporting and strategy decks for each brand under your management.
  • Livestream Execution: Accountable for the overall execution and performance of any livestream activity, working closely with internal teams to ensure a best-in-class execution on each livestream.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with TikTok Shop's internal teams, affiliates, and content creators to enhance the brand's visibility and drive sales.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of social commerce trends, TikTok Shop features, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Brand Account Growth & Development: Identify new opportunities for brand growth on TikTok Shop and livestreams, from new product launches to special campaigns and partnerships.
  • Affiliate Marketing: In conjunction with internal support, oversee the strategy to onboard a community of highly engaged affiliates to drive overall growth of the TikTokShop performance.
  • Team Management: In conjunction with internal support functions, manage the overall performance of your direct reports (typically 2 - 4 headcount) including time & attendance; appraisals; 1-to-1's and check-ins; and overall performance management.
Qualifications
  • Must be bilingual in both Spanish (native language) and English (fluent, both spoken and written).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, or a similar role with a strong focus on social commerce.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media strategy, influencer marketing, paid media, and content creation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
Desirable Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of TikTok, TikTok Shop, and the wider TikTok marketing ecosystem, including advertising formats, current trends and understanding of TikTok's algorithmic decision making.
  • Proven track record of managing successful campaigns on TikTok, driving measurable results in terms of sales, engagement, and brand awareness.
